the idea was that #general-chat would be about coding with the subject mostly being pvp cllients, while #misc-programming is for anything programming related, not nessessarly being client or even java or minecraft related. #off-topic was ment for anything including memes & whatever but like I am not super strict on it, and I would much rather have a good indepth conversation about something in the wrong channel, then have it be interupted by everyone trying to move to the correct channel

CHAI.Today at 2:45 PM hey eric i have an idea for you ok so what if there was a channel for code helpers or contributors that could suggest stuff for videos that need to be made it would reduce clutter instead of if there was a channel for everyone because only the people that actually have experience coding would be able to suggest, preventing out of reach concepts from trying to be made into videos but it would allow a bit more community interaction just a thought

Not super sure what went wrong, but I have a something you can try.

1) Restart your PC
2) Delete your 1.8.8 install in %appdata%
3) Launch the vanilla launcher and play Minecraft 1.8.8
4) Once you see the title screen quit.
5) Extract a new MCP to a folder. Make sure there are no spaces in the folder directory

8) run decompile.bat and cross your fingers

A quick suggestion for the client invites, bumping shouldn’t really be allowed, personally I see the channel as a way to show off your client and have a list of clients people might be interested in, and less about who can drown out everyone else’s client, but that might not be the intent of the channel

Just a suggestion, a ton of people are having problems with #client-invites, I'd reccomend instead of making it so you can only post an invite once, clear all the history for it, & make it so you can just only post your server once a week, or two, if that sounds good?
